Slip & fall

after a fall how long do I have to file a law suit? I was getting off a AMTRACT train, To

exit the train they sat a stool

on rocks that were along the tracks & the stool fliped & I fell & fractured my ankle. It still gives me fits. Thank You////////

Generally you have three years to file a lawsuit for personal injuries under Washington law.
