Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

I'm a victim of a deliberate/domestic violence vehicle hit and run, which concluded in the agresser sentenced to a 3 year prison sentence. At the direction of the Victim Advocate, I filed for a Victim's Compensation claim (pending). Currently, I am treating for neck and back injuries. I am also seeking therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to the incident.

My question is: DO I NEED LEGAL SUPPORT; is there anymore that I can do?

Blood from a rock? If the prosecutor is telling you you'll be getting restitution, then that may be the cheapest route. Prosecutor won't go to many lengths, however, to collect. You might get a judgment (i.e. piece of paper) that you'll want to have someone collect on.
