bug found in candy
New Years day I recieveed a box of Whitmans sampler candies. When i bit into a chocolate I tasted a horriable taste. I spit the candy out into my hand and saw something green mixed in with the chocolate, It was a bug!!!! green, with wings and everything. Can i sue the Whitmans company.

You should contact the candy company and request a new box of candy. If you did not have any personal injuries (i.e. the bug did not make you sick), then you are likely limited to compensation for a new box of candy. If, however, you were sick (and had a doctor willing to testify as to the illness), you could sue for personal injuries.
More likely, however, is that Whitmans would simply offer to buy you a new box of candy (and maybe give you other free candy) if you wrote them to complain.
