Legal Question in Product Liability in Washington
relabelling water bottles
Can our church relabel water bottles for the purposes of promoting a youth conference. The label is a fun ''churchy'' label, and not necessarily accurate with nutrition, etc....it's all a play on words. We are not selling the water. also, if we can relabel, our label would cover up the old one....should we leave the old one on, or remove it before adding our label? Is our church liable for any information not given? It's water....so we think were ok, but want to make sure everything is appropriate.

Re: relabelling water bottles
As long as you don't sell the bottles with your lable, you should be fine. Just make sure you buy the bottles. :-)
