Before I can respond to your question, I need more information.
1. How bad are your injuries and what are they?
2. What are your total medical bills and wage loss?
3. Have you undergone an operation?
Please email or call me to discuss further.
Thanks,

You may well have a product liability claim. You may well also be receiving the "run-around" from the insurance companies who are seeking to blame someone else. Please give me a call and I would be happy to discuss with you. Thanks!
Re: do you think that this is a winnable product liability case
I believe that you have both a products liability case as well as a standard negligence case. In addition, you likely have benefits under your UIM policy. Many times potentially responsible parties attempt to point fingers at someone else in order to avoid liability.
I would welcome an opportunity to meet with you to discuss your case. My firm offers over 100 years of experience, including defending and prosecuting products liability and negligence cases. Please contact me to schedule a free initial consultation on this matter.
Regardless, you should contact an attorney who can assist you in this matter.
