buying a house
my daughter is trying to buy a house and her boyfriend will living there too, and they will share all expenses, will he have a legal right to any money once the house sells or they break up?

It depends on how the transaction is structured and whether a court would potentially find that they have a meretricious relationship.
If the money to buy the house is your daughters money, and the loan is based on her income/resources only, and he signs a quit-claim turning over any interest he potentially could have to her expressly, then she's OK.
If he pays part of the mortgage, then arguably he's contributing and *may* be entitled to some of the increased equity when the house sells or their relationship ends.
I don't know enough about these facts to venture any guesses as to how the court would characterize their relationship, and the conclusions the court could draw based upon that relationship.
If they were married it would be irrelevant how the house was titled.

If your boyfriend is having proof/document regarding bearing/shareing all the expenses than he can claim the money if you sell the house or breake up the relations. Consult attorney/lawyer
