Write to the escrow company and tell them your story. If you call them it will be of no benefit to you, so be sure to do it in writing.

The escrow company has a limited practice license, and they are licensed by the Washington State Bar Association. If you are concerned with the way your closing was handled, they are the entity to contact - again, in writing. They are at wsba.org.
