Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington

I divorced 5 years ago, at the time of the divorce mu ex-husband and a real estate agent wrote up an agreement to pay me my share of the house after 5 years. My ex-husband deosn't want to pay now, do I have a legal right to put a lien on the house? If not do I have any legal recourse?
