estate sale default

what actions do i need to take now? I have sold apartments on contract. Now the other party is two months late on payment. Is there a grace period also and what would that be? thank you jim

Your contract and the Real Estate Non-judical deed of trust foreclosre act will answer your questions.

Grace periods can be contracted to, but are not mandatory.

You really should consider hiring counsel in the county where the real property is located, and talking to them before you do anything more.
