how much time do you have to move once youre home is in foreclosure?

The really critial document is the Notice of Trustee's Sale. That gives you 20 daysto file suit to stop the sale.

If the sale goes through, you have 20 days after the sale. THEN, the buyer can bring an unlawful detainer and that takes a few weeks.
