homeowner assosiation fine

My homeowners association wants to fine me for a reroofing project that exceeded the 90 days that they allowed. I do not think there is a fine schedule in the CC&R

Is the roof project finished now? Is there a CC&R that covers fines for projects that exceed the time proposed? You need to know.

Has every homeowner whose exterior project run over schedule been fined for it?

You are entitled to review the HOA's books to determine the exact rule violation with which you are being charged.

You can use avvo (a v v o) to sort attorneys to find one who will do a consult with you.
