Does this document work with a home that is one commercial property?

Not an entirely intelligible question.

You have a homestead in the property that you OWN and in which you RESIDE. How it is zoned is not relevant. However, the city or county where you live may take issue with you living in commercial property.

A homestead exemption comes into play when you are taking a bankruptcy. It is not applicable to commercial property that you own directly.
