Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington
iwas living with my girlfriend for 8.5 years,the house was hers when we got together,we refinanced
about 5 years ago in both are names,and now i dont live there,is there any way to get my name off besides refi?

That is a matter that can be negotiated with the mortgage company, but they don't have to take your name off. The way most of these situations are resolved is by a sale or refinance. If your former girlfriend won't assist you in the process, you can initiate a civil action to partition property.
