Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington
I live in the State of Washington. I'm looking for the specific RCW that states the landlord is required by law to do a move-in inspection BEFORE and furniture or personal property are placed inside the premises. I've looked through all the RCW of 59.18 and can't find it. Any ideas?

There is no requirement for a move in inspection, although I always advise whichever side I am advising that doing a move in inspection protects their interest.
