more money

i found a house made a offer, they countered back for full price. i accepted their offer. now they say they cannot sell for that price they want to raise the selling price. can they do that after we agreed on the price of the house?

Not if you signed the purchase and sale agreement and they did the same. But they probably can if they only agreed verbally.
