Mortgage Document

If I have signed, but not dated a mortgage document, is it legally binding?

Was your signature acknowledged by a notary? If the notary signed and dated the document, attesting that s/he witnessed your signature, my opinion is that the document is properly executed.

Your not dating the document probably doesn't render the document invalid, if that is what you are asking.
