Mortgage loan- getting financed for a house
do mortgage companies give out loans with people with who have foreclosure on their credit report?what can you do if loan keeps getting rejected?

It depends on how long ago the foreclosure happened, and whether there was a judgment as a result, and whether that's been paid off, or not.
The subprime market tanked a few months ago, so persons with credit ratings under about 680 are now not going to be offered mortgages.
What you can do is clean up your credit.
