Does the stamp of NP need to be on the same page as The dat and Signatures of the parties involved

No. The two pages should reference one another somehow. Usually I put at least part of the jurat on the same page as the signature(s).

But you can ask to see the Notary's book if you are questioning the validity of the signature(s).
