Power of Atty

My brothernhas my power of atty. I feltpressured into giving it to him, but out of all my family members he was the most obvious choice..however,early he,tried to,usehis,having power of attytoget a look at my stock holdimgs. Th broker saidno, anmd alerted me. Justnrecently, I found outhe's trying to,sell my house, using, his POA. I am not mentally dreficient in any way. I want to, revoke that POA. How do I go anbout it? Thisind of time sensitive...he wants it on msrket Mid January. There are many othetr issues...thank you--

You need to see an attorney IMMEDIATELY! Is your powert of attorney currently effective? If it was stated to take effect upon signing then your brother can act in your name in any manner he wants to as long as it is in your best interest and not his. He may not self deal or act for the benefit of anyone other than you. Why did you give him your power of attorney if you are not impaired in any way? See a lawyer ASAP to straighten this out NOW!
