how many times can a property be quick claim deeded to a different party

It is "quit claim" not quick claim.

The intent of a quit claim is to say, "Whatever interest I may have in Blackacre, I give to B."

This is akin to me quit-claiming the Brookly Bridge to you. I could do it as fast as I could sign quit claims, and it would be meaningless, because whatever interest I may have in the Brooklyn Bridge is zero.
