i purchased my home and I was married. the lender wouldn't doloan if my husband was attaced. we quit claimed him off so that no liens were attached now i'm selling and they are attaching his liens

Sounds like a mess. How do you know there are liens? Is your lender telling you?

Worst case is you can sue him for slander of title. That said, this is WAY too complicated for an internet answer. Call for a referral if you want. If you are facing income issues look up Volunteer Legal Services of the Pierce County Bar.
