Quit Claim information washington state

What other forms need to be filed with the 4 sets of quit claim forms. My father in-law is quit claiming his home to his son and I. Thank you for your help. Joey and Joyce

Do you mean the real estate excise tax affidavit form? That is available through the Pierce County Website.

This transaction may or may not incur excise tax. I am presuming that your father in law is getting legal advice regarding this transaction.
