How many days does a broker have to pay you your commision after closing?

Go read your contract with your broker. It will say how much time you have before you can expect to get paid.

My experience is that commissions get paid at closing. Were you at the closing?

If you are entitled to commission that you have not been paid, you can certainly write a letter to your broker and if that doesn't remind your broker that you are due money, you can sue him/her or go to the Broker's licensing board.
