what are landlords legal rights to come on to the propertie when ever they see it fit for them. or to show the home that is for rent. and what are my rights.

There is a statute about that. Landlords need to provide 48 hours written notice of intent to enter for inspection purposes.

They only, oddly enough, have to provide 24 hours notice of intent to enter to show the place to prospective renters.

But other than that they cannot come in at all unless it is an emergency. The right is called "the covenant of quiet enjoyment".

Write them a very polite letter and remind them that they cannot come in whenever they please and that the statute allows a $100 fine to be levied against them each and every time they enter without proper written notice after you have written them once. Send your very polite letter certified and keep a copy.
