Can they stop me from leasing out my single-family house?

I have a single family home in an over 55 community, and the CC&Rs say we can't lease the homes out. I'm living elsewhere temporarily and don't want to sell. Can they legally stop me from leasing out my house?

Read the CC&R's. They will say what you agreed to when you bought the place.
