Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington

As Trustee, I am selling a home titled "ABC Survivor's Trust and DEF Bypass Trust, My Name, Trustee." The "survivor" is now also deceased. As neither Trustor is still living, am I still required to fill out Seller's Disclosure Form or is this now considered an Estate Sale and thus I am exempt?

I would advise you involve a lawyer to represent you in the sale so that you do not end up with personal liability as the trustee.
