Water damage from neighbor
Hi, My neighbor above me hot water tank broke causing water damage to my condo. My insurance only covered $1000.00. Is my neighbor lible for the other $1000.00?

If you have actual proof that the damage was caused by your neighbor's water tank then you should be able to make a claim against his homeowner's insurance policy for the balance, and any additional damages.
