Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Washington

My boyfriend

I am 16. my boyfriend is 19. He was charged and convicted of a felon and other crimes not as severe. Is it illigal for us to have sex or perform sexual acts?

For him, yes. He was probably charged with statutory rape because you're under 18. How did you possibly not know that? I hope you're using a condom to protect yourself from STD's and AID's, and an additional form of birth control so you don't get pregnant and ruin your life.
