Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Washington

Do I have to meet with manager?

I quit a job because I couldnt bear the sexual harassment from Supervisor! Another employee and I wrote the manager certified letters a month ago and then filed a complaint with he EEOC. The manager called to meet with me a couple weeks ago and ask me to call, I called and he was on vacation for a week. Sence I wrote my letter all of my wittneses have been fired or qit. Now all of these people wre waiting for the manager to question them, but instead most were fired. These peple dont want to go to the place of business and talk. We all want to get a lawyer insted. If I dont meet with this manager will it hurt me in court? Shouldnt he already have investigated it by now? DO I HAVE TO MEET WITH HIM?

You don't have to meet with him. What did he do to sexually harass you? Can you be more detailed?
