Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Washington

Sexual harassment
I was employeed by my job for 4 years.I currently was put on suspension for embezzlement. I willing turned myself in. During the entire time I was employeed there my boss sexually harassed me. It started out with comments almost from day one. It then came down to him wanting sex. Because I was scared I complied with what ever he wanted. This entailed blow jobs @ the office. He would walk up to me When I was working and grab my hand and put it on his crotch. He would put his hand down my shirt. He would call me on weekends.I never answered. He would drive by my house.It came to the point where I would have to hide my car. I fill if I made a compalint now it would not be taken seriously. Is it too late for me to file a complaint
