There is a 300 day limit to go to the federal EEOC, which is required to pursue some claims, however other claims have a three year limit. I am assuming you are in Washington State. Other states' limitations are different.
Many factors can affect the starting time and running time for statutes of limitations, so you really have to get a particularized answer after discussing the case with a lawyer. Don't just think "oh, it's too late" or "oh, I've got time" because the date calculation can be somewhat complicated.
In other words, you probably have more time to bring a claim of sexual harassment for events that took place less than three years ago, and should go about contacting attorneys right away.
Others reading this might have more time than three years, and should call a lawyer for claims even a little older than that, but know that after three years from the last bad action it is much, much harder to bring a successful case, and may be too late.
