Legal Question in Tax Law in Washington
Business Formation to Minimize Taxes
What is the best type of business to form for tax purposes? Myself and three partners are looking to form a business for buying and selling foreclosed, distressed, or fixer properties. We are looking for the best way to minimize taxes.

Re: Business Formation to Minimize Taxes
The best form of entity is probably a Limited Liability Company. The LLC is a pass-through entity for tax purposes (filing a 1065 partnership tax return) yet has similar liability protection as a corporation. I have more detailed information on this on my website http://www.taxesq.com
I hope this helps!
