3rd Degree DWLS Questions

So I got pulled over, arrested, and searched (car and person) for driving with a suspended license (which I had no idea was suspended). The suspension stemmed from not fully paying a expired tabs ticket. The weird thing, though, is that when I was arrested I was never read my rights,though I was not taken to jail, so doesn't that make the whole ticket invalid? Also, once the delinquent fees are paid on the expired tabs ticket, does this let me get my license reissued at the DMV (another 75 bucks) or do I have to wait until the court date and decision? This is my only offense besides the original expired tabs ticket. Oh, and I don't know if it matters or not, but the ticket that was issued to me has ''January 2003'' printed in fine print at the bottom of the ticket. Would this invalidate the ticket? You shoul dget your license reinstated ASAP because if you are stopped, you will be issued another DWLS 3 ticket. You must have your license reinstated before going to court so that you can resolve your case. I would get a lawyer so that you coul dget the best possible resolution of your case, which is a criminal traffic case at this time.Good Luck!
