Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
is it blackmailing if a cop stops you for having no drivers license and tells you if you dont get your driving license in 2 weeks he will give you a ticket?

Seriously? A cop gives you a major break and you want to accuse him of blackmail? BTW, it is definitely not blackmail. Not even close. Go back to school.
