Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
I need to take care of a speeding ticket from 2004 in Arizona in order to acquire a drivers license in Washington state. I cannot afford to travel and take time off. What is the easiest way to find a lawyer without going broke?

Call the court clerk of the court that issued the ticket (use google to get the number), find out what you owe, pay what you owe. Nothing simpler than that.
