driver license
i revolked my drivers license and its been expired since 2001 how can they charge me 4 dwls 3 if i dont have a license any more

Re: driver license vs. driving privelege
Although the applicable statutes refer to drivers' licenses as being suspended, revoked or canceled, it is your driving privilege that has been suspended. A valid driver's license is essentially proof that there are no suspensions, revocations or cancelations in effect.
A driver is required to carry a valid operator's license on his/her person when operating a motor vehicle.
Note that it is a crime to fail or refuse to surrender a driver's license that has been suspended, revoked or canceled.
