Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
Are driver's licenses suspended for not being able to pay the fine imposed for a traffic violation or is it suspended for what the courts consider a FTA? (Not responding to the infraction at all or not showing up to the mitigation hearing issued by the courts).
