Driving While Suspended
I got a ticket for driving while suspended in the Third.I lost the ticket while moving and later found it.Only to find out that I had missed the court date. When I called the court they said I can pay $50 to get the warrent off and get a new court date. What penalities am I looking at when I go to court?

Re: Driving While Suspended
You need to get the warrant off and a new court date ASAP. The penalties (maximum) are up to 90 days in jail and up to $1000 fine. You need to see an attorney NOW.Good Luck!
