Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
Entrapment or not? Please help us!!
we recieved a speeding ticket a year ago, didnt pay it due to ticket being filled out incorrectly, year later recvd another tckt, and was adivsed to pay original one and judge would go easy on driver. We wanted to do what was right, but now facing 1 year in jail for admission of guilt for paying 1st ticket.Is this entrapment? please help us. we are scared and want this dealt with swiftly and properly. thank you for your time.
