Can you get a ticket for no insurance if a truck is not yours but a company vehicle

Yes you can. The operator of a vehicle must insure that is is properly licensed, with all equipment working and insured. If it is not insured, you must refuse to drive it because you could be personally liable for damages in an accident. So, there you are! Good Luck!
