Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
i mailed my ticket reply within 15 dayz of ticket date and i havent recieved any court date.. and after 2 months i recieve a suspension letter saying failure to comply , how do i solve this.?? pls HELP URGENT..

The easy answer is go to the courthouse and pay the ticket. If it has already been sent to collections, pay them; that will cure the license suspension.
If you still want to fight it, most courts allow some kind of 'show cause' hearing where you can request to appear in front of a judge and explain what happened. You can then request that the court withdraw the "FTA" or "FTR" notation and set you a hearing to fight your ticket. That would also cure the license suspension.
