how long do moving violations remain on your drivers license?

That depends. For insurance purposes, in Washington State, 3 years is the maximum allowed look back period. DUI offenses stay on your driving record for ten years, and are on your criminal history forever. If you drive for a living, the look back period is five years. As I said, it will depend upon what type of driving offense and for what purpose. Good Luck!
