Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
didn't sign the ticket
the officer did not have me sign the ticket. she handed it back to me and left so should i take it to court or not? it is a speeding ticket.

Since June 7, 2006 a driver is no longer required to sign a traffic infraction. You have 15 days to respond; so, look at the back of th eticket and decide what you want to do. Tickets can be fought successfully as I do it all of the time for my clients. But you must act in a timely manner. Good Luck!
