statue of limitations on arrest warrents
can the court persew a arrest warrent for a traffic infraction past 7 years. this was for a suposed failure to appear on a review hearing, on witch i did appear?

I assume your traffic "infraction" was actually a criminal traffic offense, since a warrant was issued and you mentioned a review hearing. If that is the case, warrants typically are valid for 5 years and may be renewed indefinitely.
The term "statute of limitations" applies to the time period during which a charge must be filed.
