Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
A Traffic? When driving @ 60mph posted on freeway 4-lanes, driving on left side of lanes, is it
probable cause to get pulled over? and there's No Sign posted to merge right for slower traffic unless passing, and there is no traffic on highway?

Your facts are not very clear but it doesn't sound like there would be probable cause. You are going the speed limit and not inhibiting the flow of traffic.
