Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
I am visiting my mom from out of state, and since I haven't been home in over a year the tabs on my jeep expired. I parked my vehicle in the visitor parking area at her apartment complex for two days, and the apatment manager towed the vehicle without any sort of warning. Can the apartment manager legally tow my vehicle without any warning whatsoever?

That you were out of state over a year is no excuse for not having current registration. As to whether your vehicle could be removed without notice, that may depend on rental agreement. Some provide that all vehicle parked on the property have current registration, be operable, etc.
