Legal Question in Traffic Law in Washington
i was wondering if a cop can pull me over just because he knew i had a suspended license? i have been pulled over numerous times for no reason besides the cop knowing my license was suspended by the same cop. does he have a right to do that?

Yes, an officer can pull you over if he knows your identity and, prior to the stop, confirms that your privilege to drive is suspended.
An officer may also stop a vehicle that is registered to a person whose privilege to drive is suspended (provided the driver's physical attributes are similar to the registered owner, i.e. race, gender, etc.).
