I need to amend a living trust for my mother, who has dementia. I have DPOA.

Three issues have to be resolved in order to proceed: What does the trust agreement say about amendment of the trust for the purposes that are proposed? What does the DPOA say about the amendment of the trust? Is the proposed amendment consistent with the purposes and powers of the trust agreement?
