Auto Title
My significant other died without a will and I have his car and clear title, I wish to put it in my name without a bunch of hassle. I have a death certificate. How do I begin and what will I need? Thank You.

Probate is the general purpose mechanism for passing property on death. Generally property with "Rights of Survivorship" may pass outside of probate.
