Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

How can a beneficiary fire the lawyer & trustee handling their trust? Why? Because they're stealing money from a 4 yr old trust, and aren't even following the actual trust itself, including disbursments that need to be made. And no one will tell me where all of the money is, or where its gone to. I don't have the money to hire a lawyer. If I was getting what I should be from my trust, then yeah, I would have the money to hire a lawyer. I've tried numerous times to contact this lawyer, but I keep getting the run-around, and I know the entire case/file/folders are all sitting somewhere collecting dust. I sent them a letter a week ago, and I called the assistant to see if she had responded yet, she said no, it was still sitting on her desk up-opened. Of course, the legal secretaries won't put me through to the actual lawyer. As for the trustee, it is my nearly 80 yr. old grandmother, and she has told me numerous times, she doesn't want anything to do with the trust anymore! She's sick and tired of. And she's signed it over.

The lawyer and staff haven't even talked to her in months! The legal secretary said that my grandmother was still completely in charge of it!!

So, this lawyer (sorry if I offend someone), is sitting in his office just collecting a salary off of my inheritance??!!! And I have no say? And no help? To get my money that my dad left me????

I get left in the gutter, and some big shot lawyer is sitting on his butt helping other people, while my trust accounts pays him???????

Usually, when a lawyer is being non-responsive or ignoring a person with an interest in a trust or estate but who is not the lawyer's 'client', it sometimes takes another lawyer to speak firmly so as to put the fear of explaining things to the judge to get the lawyer's attention and respect. I offer no-charge evaluation conferences to determine if I can assist potential clients. If you will contact me, we can arrange that conference and you will not be charged for that services. I have been doing this work since 1975. (206)624-6761
